Francoa sonchifolia

A delightful perennial from Chile. Mounds of evergreen crinkled foliage, often colouring deep red in autumn winter. Come spring the new foliage emerges, followed by upright spikes of flowers, pale pink to white, with darker streaks of pink. Elegantly flowering for months over summer. For drier soils, this would prefer a little shade, but with reasonable moisture this will take full sun.
