This is the aberrant form often sold as G. 'Atkinsii'. A wonderfully vigorous and easy mid January to mid February snowdrop with large, distinctive elongated flowers, often slightly deformed which in no way distracts from its effectiveness, along with the true G. 'Atkinsii', as the best early snowdrop.
