Originally from Axletree Nursery. Forms a lacy mound of finely-cut leaves smothered in high summer with starry bluish-purple flowers. Effective singly or grouped for bold effect, in sun or part-shade. A hybrid between G. clarkei 'Kashmir Purple' x G. collinum.
