Produces low clumps of pinky-buff, grass-like foliage. Above this stand wiry branching stems starred with tiny white flowers in midsummer, still worth looking at in October when full of tiny black seeds. Good among Cyclamen or contrast for the black, strap-shaped leaves of Ophiopogon planiscapus 'Kokuryu'.
