Asphodeline lutea

Tall stems, bear whorls of grey-blue, grassy leaves. Strap-petalled, star-like flowers of bright yellow, during later spring, a little earlier than Asphodeline liburnica. The seed pods form a wand of bright green cherries which eventually dry to crinkled brown, still useful.
