An upright hardy cross between B. sphaerocarpa and B. alba that will thrive in full sun and is reportedly drought tolerant. Beautiful, erect spires of soft yellow, lupin-like flowers in spring held clear above the mound of bluish-green foliage. When in bud they have a colour resembling soft moonlight.
