Begins the season with erect stiff stems clothed in very narrow grey leaves, but the weight of tapering heads crowded with richest salmon-pink flowers spreads the plant apart making way for a display of stems fresh from the base. Lovely with blue saucers of Convolvulus sabatius. Summer through to autumn.
