An arresting sight when a mature plant carries many stems topped with spires of white, lily-like flowers, clothed in green divided leaves, smelling delicious, of lemons. Curious, star-shaped seed-pods are a bonus for dried flower arrangers. Caution, skin irritant in sunlight.
This WHITE flowered variety was previously sold as Dictamnus albus. The PURPLE flowered is now sold as Dictamnus albus.
