An old favourite. Makes compact, self-supporting bushy plants, much branched, crowded with autumnal-coloured flowers; brown velvety central knobs are surrounded with rich orange-red petals when fresh, fading to amber, effective over many weeks. Seen here growing in our Water Garden with the daisy-like, Kalimeris incisa 'Blue Star'.
