Arching dark stems of glossy. elliptic leaves, veins prominent. Topped with panicles of many, small, beautiful green flowers, during spring. Followed by orange berries. Differing from the species, with the darker stems and leaf tips. Flowers in great number and holding their green-cream colour for longer. Previously sold as Maianthemum japonicum, but from our assessment this is likely M. tatsienense dark-stemmed.
