Pulmonaria rubra 'David Ward'

This beautiful form was spotted in Beth's garden by David Ward, the Propagation Manager. Forms huge, flower-like rosettes of long, pale green leaves with wide, white margins. Must have shade and soil that does not dry out. If exposed to sun or wind the delicate margins scorch and the leaves curl. Semi-evergreen. Coral red flowers. Named and introduced by the Beth Chatto Gardens.
