Although the origin and naming of this plant is unknown, it is a choice plant for a pot, scree garden or front of a sunny border. From small mounds of silvery narrow foliage, erupt masses of angel-like flowers, in clusters which are produced from spring and can last until autumn. Predominantly pink in colour, but with hues of purple or red and when close up, sweetly scented.
