Three broad wavy edged plain green leaves form a handsome collar more than 25 cm across, setting off the creamy-white, scented, 3 petalled flower, often with a maroon base. It makes a dramatic feature where contrast is needed among small-leafed plants, such as tiarellas, or the golden-leaved Lysimachia nummularia 'Aurea'.
Trillium take upto 8 years to flower from seed and we would like to ensure plants we sell have flowered with us, or are at a flowering age.
