An unusual hardy evergreen perennial. Rosettes of scalloped edged leaves, with spikes of blue flowers in summer. Will need good moisture and cool spot in the garden, whether a scree bed, or pot culture. More of a challenge than many plants. Native to the Albanian Alps.
