A slightly shorter form of arum lily, with slender light-green flower spathes, and leaves irregularly marked with silver spots. Actually they are white lesions, without chlorophyll, showing up well when sunlight passes through them. Grows well in deeply prepared soil kept moist in summer, Crowns must be protected in winter with a mulch. Will also thrive in deep mud in natural ponds where the water will provide adequate frost protection so long as the crown remains submerged below any ice.
