Teucrium fruticans dark blue form

An excellent Mediterranean shrub for full sun and a well-drained soil. Dark evergreen foliage, white underneath, contrasting with the dark blue flowers. This forms name lost over time, but with the colour of the flowers its likely 'Azureum'. Hardy in a sheltered position, quick growing, typically withstanding an average Essex winter but can be cut back by harder winters. Prune in early spring to re-shape.
