A particularly graceful lily with narrow rigid stems and glossy deep green leaves. The Turk's cap flowers are pink with yellow towards the centre. Lake Tulare is in California and the origins of this hybrid are from west coast lilium species, however there is a strong local connection as this beautiful Bullwood hybrid was bred by Derek Fox, from Thorpe Bay, Essex. It was also given to Beth by plantsman Bernard Tickner of Fullers Mill Garden in Suffolk.
