Tall slender stems carry branched spires of narrow sealing-wax red tubular flowers, with yellow hairy marking, a perfect contrast to pea-green stems and leaves. Irritates some with sprawling habit which is delightful in right place, over low wall or on a corner. Mid-late summer.
