Lilium pardalinum

Leopard lily

A vigorous clump forming, rhizomatous lily. Strong stems of dark green leaves bear racemes of nodding orange-red to crimson Turk's cap flowers. Petals are paler towards the base and have large maroon spots. Prefers moist soil in sun or part-shade.
