Brilliant autumn colour

Mild weather throughout September and October delayed the beautiful autumn colours we all look forward to this time of year, and although a week or so behind, the brilliant yellows, oranges and reds of deciduous trees, shrubs and perennials have finally arrived!

Here are just some of the spectacular plants putting on a show at the moment.

Liriodendron tulipifera

Vitis vinifera 'Spetchley Red'

Euonymus alatus 'Compactus'

Taxodium distichum

Pseudolarix amabilis (golden larch)

Euonymus europaeus

Acer capillipes

Molinia caerulea subsp. arundinacea 'Transparent'
