L'Euphorbe Sopinette or little fir spurge as it is called in France where it grows along the Mediterranean coast in rocky places. Its chief attraction lies in its vivid foliage effect, each dome-shaped plant is made up of closely-packed upright stems clothed in whorls of tiny blue pointed leaves. Compact heads of small green flowers last for weeks throughout summer. Not totally hardy but self-seeds. Growing in our dry garden, with Erysimum 'Jacob's Jacket'. Harmful if eaten. Skin and eye irritant.
