This very elegant plant needs a cool place sheltered from wind, perhaps supported among shrubs or some Judiciously placed twiggy branches in order to protect its delicate foliage. Small deep lilac flowers, enclosing tufts of cream stamens dangle in airy-fairy fashion from wide, branching heads. Exquisite in late summer.
