Panicum virgatum 'Cheyenne Sky'

The most compact switch grass selection on the market. Emerges with blue-green leaves in late spring, forming a tidy and well-behaved mound. By late summer the leaf tips have turned a deep wine-red shade just as airy sprays of dark-red flowers begin to appear. Stays attractive well into winter.
