Part-time Seasonal Contracts for Beth Chatto’s Retail Team
Beth Chatto’s Plants & Gardens are looking for individuals to work part-time, delivering excellent Customer Services in ‘Chatto’s’ Tearoom, Visitor Information Centre & Shop for our busy Spring & Summer season.
1 Part Time Positions in Tearoom, 1 Part Time Position in Visitor Centre & Shop (combined). Saturday working is essential.
Applicants need to be:
Customer focused, with a strong work ethic and be driven towards providing an Excellent Customer Experience.
Flexible, a real Team player and confident to work on your own & self-motivated.
The Ideal Candidates for these roles, would be
- Smart, friendly, presentable, professional
- Excellent Communicators, written & verbal
- Reliable, good time-keepers
- IT competent - able to use a Till
- Possess a healthy pleasant disposition, and the physical ability to undertake the role
Tearoom or Shop/Visitor experience in the Horticultural, Retail, Hospitality & Catering sectors desirable but not essential.
Part Time Hours to be agreed over 5 days a week, Tuesday-Saturday
