Selected by Graham Gough and introduced by Washfield nursery. Matt leaves, grey-purple when young, intensifying to rich purple as they mature. Clusters of greenish-pink flower buds open a pale purplish-pink ageing to a maroon-brown. A wonderful contrast to the silvers and greys of the dry garden. Late summer.
