From the Rockies and parts of NW North America comes this unusual yellow flowered penstemon. Whorls of flowers, in spring, above the relatively prostrate foliage. In warmer parts of the country suitable for an open spot, or part shade, with reasonable moisture. In cooler locations it will take drier soils.
